You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel your order prior to your Getting Started Meeting. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ORDERS CANCELED AFTER THE GETTING STARTED MEETING. No refunds will be given for items purchased on your behalf at your request such as domain names and special graphics.
