Approving Your Website Design

After your Getting Started Meeting, our Real Estate Marketing Specialists will build your site to your specifications.

During the course of the design phase and based on the website package you selected, you will review a series of progressive proofs which illustrate the overall look-and-feel of the website design.  Similar to an architects blueprint, the design proofs will facilitate final revisions and enhancements prior to laying the foundation.  You will have sufficient time during each phase to review, request changes to, and approve the designs.

The website design will be developed in a format that makes it very easy to connect the website design to the functionality provided by The Real Estate Marketing System™, RECHANNEL’s flagship ‘back-end’ technology platform.  Once the approved design is connected, all of the features provided by The Real Estate Marketing System™ will automatically assume your website's unique design.
