Configuring Email Accounts

As part of your site launch, our Real Estate Marketing Specialists will configure any email accounts included in your package.  Additional email accounts can be purchased at any time.

RECHANNEL's Enhanced Email allows you to send and receive email using a personalized email address (yourname@yoursite.com) and branded email stationary.  Plus, you can track the status of every message you send right from your personal Customer Center Website to see when messages are read and if links you promote are clicked.

Once your email accounts are configured, you will receive detailed instructions for setting up the accounts using popular email programs such as Microsoft Outlook or using RECHANNEL's Internet-based email program.

Common email account configurations:

• First name: jon@sitename.com
• First initial plus last name: jdoe@sitename.com
• Generic: info@sitename.com, contact@sitename.com
• Branded: greathomes@sitename.com, relocate@sitename.com
