The Getting Started Meeting

The main milestone of the Planning phase is your Getting Started Meeting, which typically lasts between 30-90 minutes depending on the subscription options you select.

The Getting Started Meeting is your opportunity to plan your new website with our Team of Real Estate Marketing Specialists.  We speak 'real estate' and are experts in the dynamics of the business.  Our Real Estate Marketing Specialists will take the mystery out of building and maintaining your site and will guide you every step of the way.

Topics discussed during the Getting Started Meeting:

  • Your specialty (residential, commercial, property management, mortgage)
  • The areas you specialize in (subdivisions, communities, buildings, etc.)
  • Your listing focus (listing agent, buyers agent, 50/50)
  • Your customer profile (luxury, relocation, family, investment, student, etc.)
  • Goals you have for your new website (design, functionality, etc.)
  • Overview of your current marketing plan
  • Other technology tools you use

During your Getting Started Meeting, you will also have the opportunity to ask specific questions about customizing The Real Estate Marketing System for your unique needs and to discuss the next steps for building and launching your new site.
